1. Ground + Center: I always ground my energy and call in protection and clarity before any session. This usually looks like talking with my Spirit Team, using a cleansing item like smoke, sounds, or a spray. 
2. Connect With Your Energy: Through meditation, intention-setting, and my guides, I attune to your energy (whether live or distance). I speak with my Sprit Team and ask them to help facilitate this connection. 
3. Bless the Tools: I cleanse and prepare the decks I’m using, ensuring they’re energetically ready to serve your reading.
4. Create a Sacred Space: I work in a clean, peaceful environment — candles, herbs, and soft music often help me hold this space.
5. Ask Spirit: I ask for clear, compassionate guidance to come through for your highest good.
