Readings:

1. Must be 18+ to receive a reading. This includes even gifts unless explicit parental approval is given. 
2. I reserve the right to deny a reading to anyone at any time. If you have submitted a payment, you will be issued a refund, and I will try to refer you to a reader I feel may be better suited to work with you.
3. Your reading will be delivered to you within 10-15 days of purchase. If it has not been past the 15-day turnaround time, please do not message about your reading unless you were emailed for clarification.
4. All payment is due before the beginning of services. Failure to pay will result in a canceled appointment or service.
5. Receiving messages you don’t like or agree with does not constitute a refund for services. Readings and services are strictly non-refundable. 
6. By purchasing an item or service, the buyer is agreeing to all shop policies.

Spiritual & Teas:

We do make all our products with magic & intention, but we cannot promise or guarantee specific outcomes. Magic is reliant on intention, timing, & belief. The Universe will only bring you what is in Diving timing for you on your journey to serve your highest purpose and the highest purpose of those in direct effect. Trust the process.

For Readings & Spiritual Services

1. I am not a not lawyer, financial consultant, or doctor. All spiritual readings of any type given in-person, over the phone, via Zoom are meant to be for entertainment purposes only, and in no way constitute legal, financial, medical or other advice. I do not answer questions related to health, pregnancy, death, lottery numbers, legal problems, etcetera. Readings are not substitutes for doctor’s visits, advice, or medication, and you should always seek proper care from a licensed  healthcare professional. I am not to be held responsible for anything that could happen after the reading is received by the client. I do not take any responsibility for the choices you make; the choices are personal and your responsibility.
2. I do not give 3rd party readings, such as “How does Jack feel about Lauren?” when you are neither Jack nor Lauren. If you ask a question about another individual, I ask that you ask in the manner that keeps the focus on you. You may receive a message from me after purchasing your reading, asking to rephrase your question so the focus remains on you.
3. I do not offer mediumship services at this time. I will not contact your deceased upon request unless they show up in the reading. I can refer you to other practitioners.
4. All readings are 100% confidential and no details or recordings will be shared without the clients permission.
5. Spirit work can be somewhat unpredictable and can bring us messages we might not be ready for yet or that may be a little more honest with us than we were hoping. It’s important to have an open mind when receiving messages from Spirit. I will always give you the messages you need to hear, not exactly what you want to hear.
6. I typically schedule extra time to complete your reading. This gives extra times for questions, chit chat, and such. However, please be respectful of all our time.

Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

This site is owned and operated by Sunflowers In Scorpio. These terms set forth are under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers personal services, classes, private instruction and physical items. By accessing and/or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

In order to use this website and/or services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. The prices we charge for using our services/for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services/products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on each service/product page.

For any issues with product or service, please contact the site. Custom made items, herbal teas, scrubs, oils and any other perishable products are not eligible for return. Digital items, services, private appointments and classes are not eligible for return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service, classes and more without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations. 

You agree to indemnify and hold Sunflowers In Scorpio harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any service of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sunflowers In Scorpio be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
